![]() On target has my appreciation and thanks for making my boys first gun shop experience a superb one, they were on a high the rest of the day. I know there are bigger shops around, but talk about a gem of a local, I was very impressed. I’m sold and won’t bother going anywhere else. I’d given him a budget and he could have stretched me out a bit as most shops do, but no, his recommendations and advice were honest, very believable and he couldn’t have spent more time and effort with us, from running thorugh the best options, taking us outside with a few scopes for the boys to try, right down to doing a bit of a discount on a quote. Glenn actually talked us down a bit on rifles, and up a bit on scopes, and it made total sense. Talk about a fantsatic, low pressure, informative experience. I got this gun on gun broker from a small shop in Minnesota. After looking for a year or two, I finally pulled the trigger. ![]() I wanted it to replace a rifle I had in that caliber that holds a lot of sentimental value to me. We wandered int he shop on a Saturday arvo, met Glenn, and the best part was he shook my boys hands and talked to THEM as much as me. A while back I posted about wanting to get a Weatherby in 300 WSM. I had only got my license and filled out two PTA’s the day before, so I wasn’t able to buy anything as yet. I’m a brand new licenced shooter, and wanted my boys to get good advice and take the time to let them make their own decisions. ![]() I wanted to find a shop that would take the time to help my two teenage sons through their first 22.
